What to pack

Pack light, pack reef-safe

Island life is informal. Bring less than you think — but never forget the reef-safe sunscreen.

  • Reef-safe sunscreen (mineral, non-nano) — to protect the marine reserve
  • Swimwear and a quick-dry towel
  • A wide-brim hat and polarised sunglasses
  • Light, breathable clothing and one warmer layer for evenings
  • Reef shoes or sandals you can get wet
  • Insect repellent and any personal medication
  • A dry bag for boat transfers and day trips

Snorkel gear is provided for reserve visits, so you can leave yours at home. Anything you’ve forgotten, just ask — see the FAQ for the practical details.
