Frequently asked questions
- How do I get to Lapita Beach?
- Fly into Espiritu Santo (Luganville), then take the short boat crossing to Aore Island. We coordinate the transfer once we have your arrival details.
- Are meals included?
- Self-catering is available in the beach house and cottages, and we can arrange meals and provisioning on request. Tell us your preferences when you book.
- Is the marine reserve really private?
- The estate protects its own stretch of reef as a private marine reserve. Snorkelling is guided and reef-safe, and you’ll rarely share the water with anyone else.
- Can I pay in my own currency?
- Our rates are set in Vanuatu vatu (VUV). We can show indicative prices in AUD, NZD, USD, and EUR, and accept card payment when you book direct.
- Is it suitable for families?
- Yes. The beach house sleeps up to eight and the calm lagoon suits children. Let us know ages and we’ll tailor activities accordingly.
- Is there Wi-Fi and phone coverage?
- There is connectivity on the estate, though it’s an island — part of the appeal is slowing down. We’ll make sure you can reach the outside world when you need to.
