How do I get to Lapita Beach?

Fly into Espiritu Santo (Luganville), then take the short, scenic boat crossing to Aore Island. We coordinate your private ferry transfer once we have your flight details.

Are meals included?

The Beach House is fully self-catering, with kitchen facilities and optional provisioning. We can also arrange delicious local meals on request. Just let us know your preferences when booking.

Is the marine reserve really private?

Yes — the estate protects its own stretch of vibrant reef as a private marine reserve. Snorkelling is guided and reef-safe, and you’ll often have the water almost entirely to yourself.

Can I pay in my own currency?

Our rates are shown in Australian dollars (AUD), and payment can be made in AUD or Vanuatu Vatu (VUV). For direct bookings, we’ll email you a secure payment link to pay by card.

Is it suitable for families?

The Beach House sleeps 4 and the Lapita Beach Villa sleeps 2 — book both and you have room for a family of up to 6. The calm lagoon is wonderful for children, and it’s equally ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway.

Is there Wi-Fi and phone coverage?

Yes — the estate has reliable Starlink internet so you can stay connected when needed. That said, one of the great pleasures of Aore Island is the chance to slow down and unplug a little.
