Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair: the earlier you tell us, the more flexible we can be.

A deposit is taken at the time of booking to confirm your dates, with the balance due before or on arrival. The exact deposit percentage is shown at checkout.

Cancellations made well in advance are refunded less any unrecoverable costs; cancellations close to arrival may forfeit the deposit. Experiences cancelled by us for weather or safety are fully refunded or rescheduled.

The final cancellation schedule and refund timeframes will be confirmed with your booking and published here before launch.
